3. Your Responsibilities

By using our Website and placing an order, you agree to:

  • Pay all amounts due in a timely manner.

6. Orders & Acceptance

  • Age Restriction: Goods and Services are available only to eligible individuals who are of legal smoking/vaping age in their respective regions.
  • Contract Formation: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the Goods, begin providing the Services, or officially receive and confirm your payment.
  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to limit, reject, or cancel any order prior to fulfillment, including orders suspected to be for unauthorized resale purposes.

7. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are confirmed at checkout before we accept your order.
  • You warrant that your payment method is valid and that you are authorized to use it legally.
  • The risk of loss for Goods passes to you upon receipt, though legal ownership transfers to you only after we have received payment in full.

8. Cancellation & Returns

  • Breach of Terms: A material breach of these Terms by either party may result in termination upon 7 days’ written notice.
  • Service Cancellation: Consumers may cancel Services within 7 working days of placing the order, unless performance of the service has already begun with their prior consent.
  • Goods Cancellation: Goods (excluding audio/video recordings or software) may be canceled within 7 working days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.
  • Exceptions: Perishable Goods or Goods which have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Return Process: You must follow all return instructions precisely, including obtaining a Return Authorization number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
